Professional Hula Monkeys
I’ve been running taster classes during the ‘day job’ at Solent Business Park in Whiteley, touching on a few of the basic moves for fun and fitness. It’s been met with a lot of enthusiasm and each class has been fully booked. More sessions will take place in the New Year.

Hooping for Cadburys

16 hours of hooping and still smiling...it must be fun!
